Firestone Complete Auto Care

So I’ve been going to Firestone in Kaneohe, and this is my first time to the Firestone in Waipahu. Boy let me tell you, I absolutely have Very limited knowledge about cars. All I know my engine light came on and when I scanned it gave me a code that had to do with system purge control valve or evaporation valve. I went blank! So I nervously took it in to these guys and dang they did a great job communicating with me keeping me posted of the diagnostic and parts and very friendly. Now I got some friends there that will help confirm whenever and whatever’s happening with my car. Very friendly gentlemen and always asking questions and takes their time to explain things. Mahalo guys! 🤙🏻

Jacob did an amazing job getting our car in and out quickly. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and kept us informed every step of the way. It’s clear they truly care about providing excellent customer service and making sure their customers leave happy. We really appreciated the efficiency, attention to detail, and positive attitude from everyone we interacted with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Jacob and the entire team to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and exceptional service!

They were the only tire company out of everyone else I checked that had my tires in stock with the best prices to be installed immediately. Everywhere else was either out of stock or need to be ordered with a long delivery date. They were professional with a great turnaround time. The online appointment bookings were easy to book.

I have been bringing my company vehicle here for a few years now. Representatives are always friendly and quick to get you checked in. Service is done in a timely manner. In my opinion, the quality of work is better than the nearest Chrysler dealership service dept.

Cheap, fast, and polite. I was at G--dyear down the street and waited several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, then was quoted >$30 for a valve replacement job and told I'd be lucky to be done in 3 hours. Jamil at Firestone knocked it out in 15 minutes for under half that price. Everyone was super courteous and helpful, definitely coming back the next time I have a tire issue.
